Grand Atelier to Galicia with Oliver Laxe
During three weeks, the filmmaker Oliver Laxe opens the doors of his house in Galicia to the second year Bachelor students of the Film Department of HEAD - Geneva.
Accompanied by Delphine Jeanneret (Assistant Head of the Film Department), Fulvio Balmer Rebullida (Teaching Assistant) and Jorge Cadena (BA and MA alumnus), students will have the opportunity to discover the home of the director of “O Que Arde”, awarded at the Cannes Film Festival in 2019. After discovering the village of Vilela where the Franco-Spanish director lives, the students will have the mission to explore the territory and meet the inhabitants in order to make a film.
