Radu Jude

Born in 1977 in Bucharest (Romania), Radu Jude started out as an assistant director and then directed several short films before moving on to feature films with The Happiest Girl in the World. He then signed three other feature films including Aferim. In 2016, he directed Scenes of Married Life by Ingmar Bergman at the National Theatre in Timisoara. His latest film, Bad Luck Banging or Loony Porn, won the Golden Bear at the Berlinale 2021.
