Faye Corthésy

Faye Corthésy is a doctoral student and lecturer in film history at the University of Lausanne. She is completing a thesis on the transnational circulation of New American Cinema films in the 1960s. Her future research focuses on the links between prison and cinema, and the abolitionist imaginary. She co-founded the ciné-club contre-feux in Lausanne, and works occasionally as a cultural mediator and programmer. She currently works as an editor at the HEAD Publications Office and is co-responsible for the Cinématographe in Lausanne.
