Aurélie Pernet

Born in 1990, Aurélie Oliveira Pernet first trained in graphic design before undertaking a Bachelor’s degree in Cinema at HEAD - Geneva. She graduated in 2014 with her short film Meccarillos which circulated in several international festivals. Graduating with a Master’s degree in History and Aesthetics of Cinema from UNIL in 2019, she has since been developing her cinematographic projects. Her latest short film As Sacrificadas (2022) is selected at the International Film Festival of Rotterdam. She is currently writing her first feature film.
