Lorenzo Di Ciaccia

Born in Belgium in 1982, of Italian and Belgian nationality. At the age of 7 he moved to Italy to Rome with his family. In addition to the university course of literature and philosophy oriented to the art of the stage, Lorenzo trained in photography and occasionally worked as a cameraman or photographer. At the same time he pursues an acting career and in 2006 he obtains an important role in L’abbuffata by Mimmo Calopresti released in 2008. After this film, which was a great experience, he decided not to continue casting, but rather to move to the other side of the camera. He then decided to go to Switzerland to enroll at the HEAD to complete his training as a filmmaker focused on practice. Soon after his studies at HEAD he started working as a sound recordist and some time later he moved back to Belgium. He is currently working on an audiovisual project with his father about Lacanian psychoanalysis.
