English synopsis
Every night, before dawn, a woman walks to the beach and lays on the shore, letting the waves cover her body. At 6am, an alarm goes off. She gets up and continues with the ordinary course of life. But something persists. One night, she tumbles unto another reality. Her husband is there. It is their last night before the departure. Their goodbye plays in silence, in a fragile dance. Between migration and crossing of the mediterranean, promises and disappearances, the movie follows a body that survives, while a part of it died at sea.

Chaque nuit, avant l’aube, une femme marche vers la mer et s’allonge sur le rivage, laissant les vagues recouvrir son corps. À 6h00, une alarme sonne. Elle se relève et reprend le cours d’une vie ordinaire. Mais quelque chose persiste. Une nuit, elle bascule dans un autre espace. Son mari est là. C’est leur dernière nuit avant le départ. Leur adieu se joue en silence, dans une danse fragile. Entre migration et traversées de la Méditerranée, entre promesse et disparition, le film suit un corps qui survit, tandis qu’une partie de lui est restée en mer.
