Naima, aged 10, lives with her father and his friends, one of whom is undocumented. Between jazz rehearsals, administrative paperwork, and the constant threat of the police, Naima, sheltered by her innocence, grows up in a flawless, musical world. As the group prepares for a concert, the fear of the police casts a shadow over their daily lives.
